Refund policy

**IMPORTANT** All of my earrings are hand made, and therefore may not be "perfect" - all pairs are pieces of my art, and imperfections are a natural component of handmade pieces, beauty marks that make them unique. I will never send out earrings with large imperfections, as I inspect every pair before listing. 

While I check each piece for quality assurance before selling and shipping, I understand that accidents happen, and would like to be as accommodating as is reasonable. The polymer clay I use is durable and flexible, but please do not bend any pieces. Please do not bend or press on brass pieces, and be careful of all metal hooks, jump rings, backings, etc. 

If your earrings arrive damaged or become damaged within 30 days of delivery, please email me (zoegfoote@gmail.com) as soon as you notice the damage. I will review these requests on a case by case basis. No Instagram DMs regarding replacements and orders will be accepted. Damaged earrings that are returned will be replaced with a duplicate order (when possible, some earrings are truly one of a kind and cannot be identically remade), again, on a case by case basis.
